What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you selected at signup. You'll get an email reminder before the charge. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no cost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade from Starter to Club or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your Settings page. Stripe handles proration automatically.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you around 14% compared to paying monthly. Starter is $299/year (vs $348 monthly) and Club is $599/year (vs $708 monthly).
Can our club claim this as a grant expense?
Yes — Club Volunteer subscriptions are eligible to be claimed under the Telstra AFL Footy Grants program (volunteer capacity focus area), which provides up to $20,000 per club. Annual billing makes acquittal straightforward as a single invoice.
What is the SMS campaign pricing?
SMS is pay-per-campaign, charged to your saved card at send time. The rate is $0.10 AUD per recipient with a $0.50 minimum per campaign. This is separate from your subscription and available on both plans.
Do volunteers need to create an account?
No — volunteers register for shifts directly from your club's public link with just their name, email and phone. No account or password required.
